FiLiA 2022 Recording: Hague Mothers: Injustice To Activism

We’re delighted to share the recording of the Hague Mothers’ session from October’s FiLiA Conference in Cardiff.

At the start of the video are audio clips from Hague mothers and project participants from across the world. The session recording starts at 15.30 with Ruth’s introduction and a message from a Hague mother whose story brought her into this fight; Kim Fawcett’s presentation is at 22.00; Gina Masterton is at 35.26, and Sudha Shetty is at 51.58. In the final section, Hague Mother Sarah-Marie shares her story and reads a letter from Hague Mother Narkis Golan who died on 20th October 2022 Our event is dedicated to her memory.
